help Haiti.

I honestly did not know much about what had happened in Haiti. I knew that there had been a very high magnitude earthquake and that the people were devastated and the city was in shambles.

I bought a Times magazine from Shoppers the other week with photos of Haiti as it stands now. Talk about powerful. All of the photos in there were at the same time mesmerizing and disturbing. They showed bodies...PEOPLE being scooped up by payloaders and put into dump trucks. They showed women, men, children crying in the streets. Soldiers standing over people who had been shot dead by gangs and looters. They showed how amazingly impactful a photo can be, and how much the people of Haiti need our help.
